How'd he do? While I enjoy his game dungeons, I've always gotten the impression that he's fucking awful at video games.

His arguement was that turning games into a "service" in order to strip buyer of the protections afforded to buying games is fraud toward the government and our laws rather then the individual.
It is the government that is bring mislead about the nature of the goods rather then the consumer. It's like filing for less taxes because you sell balloons, but tag them as condoms.

That's very sad. Streaming a game for your first playthrough is basically the same as not giving it a fair chance. He'll just listen to what his chat says, not pay attention to things because he's busy making commentary and reading the chat, and never actually get into the game.
