Lenovo making a console?
perhaps something better?
>Starting at:$2,133.82
>wanting a prebuilt chinkstation
Nigger, just build you own. At least then, you won't have something pre-installed with bugmen spyware.

...
I'm still on my m92p.
based
that case is pure sex
Is there any 3rd party one that looks like that to build a PC in?
the thinkpads seem to have a cult following but i never hear about people using anything else made by lenovo, not even their legion gayming laptops
Does anyone else smoke crack and/or crystal meth? PC builds for that feel?
That's all fine and dandy but i dont have a job to facilitate all that raw computing power
ThinkStations, Dell workstations, and the like aren't targeted for people that build their own workstations. Other companies buy these computers in bulk since they come with support, warranties, and other assurances so they don't have to make an extra hire for when things ever go wrong.
>optical drive
for what purpose, they even still use these in the p920s
used thinkpads are a good deal but they are so fucking expensive when they are brand new. Anyway the last thinkpad with the classic design was released in 2011 after that everything went downhill
i also want to add that actually the last classic thinkpad was the t410 16:9 is cancer especially 1366*768
Theyre kinda like jeeps now that I think about it.
>look into building pc
>cost over a grand
lmao wtf. why would I waste so much money on a video game machine?
"real" jeeps dont depreciate and are sold for a reasonable price. While thinkpads make apple look like a good deal.
I've had my thinkpad x220 longer than I've my Jeep. The Jeep is worth significantly more less than the ratio of the thinkpad's worthiness. Its all about percentages my nigglet.
Not any that look really close.
These are supposed to be for Actual Work and that could mean something like looking at files from 30 years ago, or dealing with outdated equipment that still uses CDs.
That's why you buy one of these used workstations on ebay for a few hundred, sell off the parts you don't want, and then chuck a GPU inside to have your "gaming PC" for the next generation+.
This. I have a custom built PC that still uses a floppy drive.
I work at a Best Buy
People come in looking for whatever their favourite streamers are sponsored by.
I have one of there G450 (got some name like that) aka their cheapy $300 plastic latpop. Lasted me since 2014 and I've only upgraded the RAM. Doesn't play games to well and the most taxing thing I can play is fallout NV with dumbed down settings (although it handles DUST mod just fine)
Vidya can take advantage of it now. Has been able to for several years.
Any model suggestions?
Lenovo's workstations are fine products but they tend to have inflated value on the used market compared to Dell and HP products, so you don't see people using them as their personal desktops and gaming computers as much.
But from a hardware and reliability perspective they are top grade. And I think I read once that you can actually overclock some of them compared to the Dell and HP units that so far cannot.
