I played it years ago but only until you get in an elevator and the music gets really loud while a poorly designed monster tries to break in. Loud noises and cinematic events are not scary and the game looked like shit so I just skipped it completely.

You know I’m not sure I ever liked this analogy. Like obviously the second game leans a lot harder on action and set pieces, but the first game still had a lot of action and an emphasis on killing everything in your path.
