Artist is Tom Fischbach, known for a very popular furry webcomic called Twokinds, which has been around for over a decade at this point. He's also Markipliers brother, but that's not important at all.

The comic is not particular good or bad, but there are many people who have been EXTREMELY critical of it, and said a lot of shit honest to god is practically lies, whilst at the same there, there have apparently been a lot of cases where the author of the comic was a dick to people? I'm really not sure.
