Not enough gameplay
Literally 90% slow walking sections and scripted set pieces with braindead “puzzles” designed for toddlers
Even when their is gameplay the combat is so poorly designed and repetitive that i just want it to be over.
It does nothing well, i dont give a single fuck about the poorly written story or bland piece of shit characters, i don’t care about graphics or cinematics. I want good gameplay & level design

Yeah, after the opening fight with Baldur was fucking awesome, but then entire game is a letdown in comparison. Fucking tragic. I've never seen a game shit the bed harder than that.

The boy getting sick because he doesn’t his true nature is forced writing. Repetitve enemies, repeated boss fights. Back tracking. The blades of chaos don’t feel right. Baldur is a bad character overall, a bully character that does nothing but complain? Shit characterization. Freya is even mote boring, she’s too serious all the time, her design doesn’t help.

Did we play the same game? It’s been a while but I don’t remember it being “90% slow walking sections”. As for the brain dead puzzles, they’re no less cerebral than any other God of War, this isn’t a Professor Layton game...

Combat is also more or less the same as the older GoW, save for the camera angle.

As I said before, it’s by no means the best GoW but to say it does nothing well is an exaggeration. There are far worse single player only experiences on PlayStation that deserve criticism.
