the chads quit wow 10 years ago and all that was left were cucks

trannys erping as female night elfs

>doubled the mount of subs
nothing
tbc classic will triple the sub numbers and shit on every other mmo out there including retail

>classic gets announced
>months worth of autistic "HOME" thread spamming
>classic releases
>3 weeks later
>i am forgotten
they thought they did but they didn't

Society. We have nearly exactly the same game from 15 years ago but we aren't the same people.

People can't relax and enjoy the journey

This

people wanted classic wow not 1.12 babymode tbc faggotry

Loot council is what went wrong

>years old mathed out game that people have been playing and perfecting the meta of on PS for years
Gee, wonder what it could be.

He almost got it :(

You thought

Not much, really. It's still very much alive and Naxxramas is coming out soon.

The community went wrong. Autistic enforcement of an unnecessary meta

people just realized retail is actually unironically better and the nostalgia quickly wore off

The test runs pre-launch were fucking amazing.

I think I wanted it, but I didn't.

I grew up and can't afford the tine to play an mmo like wow.
Sucks because I would totally be playing it daily if I could.
But with work, a wife and kid now, I have to be an adult. Which sucks ass.

That would’ve been impressive when WoW has millions of subs, but it’s not

World of Warcraft was a bad concept from the very beginning. It was very much so the turning point for Blizzard as a game dev studio turning into a bloated corporate entity driven by marketing that constantly needs money and sold themselves to Activision.

They didn't release a F R E S H before ZG.

>old ass game
>no pvp at lanhch
>had to save stuff for different phases despite being old shit game so they would have something to update with
Doubt they could take the old scoope route and add new content to it overtime but even then they added much of ezshit stuff and stuff that doesn’t fit and blizzshit would do way worse

>kfc mudhut nigger

>keeping the original release schedule for content
>but not implementing the corresponding patches
Playing 1.13 for over a year is boring. I wanted gear and talent progression to mix up the meta. Instead of Classic we got a shitty pseudo private server with even worse GMs.

BUT ISNT IT GREAT YOUR “home”’forever it will never change and you will be able to play the same version BECAUSE THATS WHAT YOU FAGS WANTED YOUR HOME ARENT YOU? Now go enjoy your shit filed “home” it will never change and always be there so you always have you pathetic manchild escape

blizzard drank the koolaid

>t. zoomer psudonostalgia posting about shit they weren't even alive for
WoW was developed alongside WCIII. I dare you to say WCIII is the result of bloated corporate development and I know for a fucking fact you never touched WCII zoomie.

>dabs on your outdated garbage
Why do people even play WoW and its clones in 2020?

Because nakedly chasing the dudebro dollar with games as a service lootershooters have like a 90% failure rate because the genre has all the skinner box of MMOs with none of the character progression.

First post best post. All the people who made WoW feel what we thought it was are probably all 40 with families and houses to worry about. Now it's all the losers who looked up to them, trying to emulate them solely based on gear and "the meta"

The community.
>level rogue
>farm dungeon gear
>sign up for zg and aq20 pugs
>sry user your gear is too bad
>get kicked
