i get irrationally angry at competitive vidya. ive broken countless controllers and had the police show up at my door for noise complaints. i swore to never play a competitive game again after i gave myself intense heart palpitations and had to go to the emergency room. my doctor told me i'm at extreme risk of heart failure and i legit cant afford the medical bills if i put myself at risk

Back in the day I was pretty unstable, trashed my room a couple of times over some shit in WoW, could argue a lot. I've grown a little bit since then and got out of MMOs, so shit like that stays in the past. I usually talk aloud when playing games, so the occasional "what the fuck" and the like happens all the time, but no breaking stuff, no hard feelings. If the game pisses me off too much I just quit for a bit, maybe uninstall if there is less fun than frustration to be had.
