It's simple, they added better reflections to the Series X version of Gears 5 to show off the power of the console. Those could run on PC too, but the build hasn't been updated and probably won't be. It doesn't mean consoles are superior to PC and PC also doesn't invalidate consoles. Series X has very good hardware for only $500.
