It won't change with the creators, it'll change with the market. If for some reason France was the most lucrative market to make video games for, you could expect much more nudity (And French cultural artifacts) within games.

It's never the producers who control what goes into a game, contrary to popular thinking--it's always the consumers. The most prolific designers are the ones who know their target audiences, so as long as the anglosphere remains within your target audience, don't expect anything that'll offend their tastes.
