Overall I think Samus wins she's the fastest most mobile and most durable and just has a lot of tools at her disposal and overall strong abilities and weapons
MC is stronger than some people might think and Doomguy is weaker than some people might think but both rely almost entirely on conventional weaponry and have very low durability compared to Samus
As for Strange Journey guy I think RPG protags are basically just cheating in contests like this but he's a normal human and weaker than other SMT protags so I still think he loses

This video is alot more accurate as to a spartan's power lore wise. Even then, they are still stronger. Even jsut the simple fact that a spartan's reaction time is so absurdly fast; all their enemies move in slow motion for them. Even if he runs out of ammo he can dodge everything and hand to hand combat. To give you an idea of their strength, they can use the Rhino tanks as clubs. Let that sink in. They can run at 55 MPH, although i think samus wins i nthis regard with that speed power up. Spartans are monstrosities (in a good way).

Okay well it sounds liek samus has the advantage in terms of firepower. But Chief is no joke, and let's not forget his maxed out luck stat. I honestly couldn't say who would win, either one could kill each other easily; samus from range and chief from both range but more importantly melee as well. His reaction time alone gives hi msuch a massive power boost, and coupled with his luck and *decent* speed, i'm sure he'd find a way to stay alive. In all honesty, it would probably end in a stalemate.

Fun fact, the goverments plan in case of a spartan ever becoming infected with the flood, is to immediately bombard the area with nukes. That's how terrifying spartans are.

Satan and Lucifer are different entities in SMT (and arguably also in the bible itself).

Doomguy has freezing and fire in his arsenal, lasers too, and can shoot radioactive stuff.
Overall I'd put SJ Doomguy and actual Doomguy side to side. Master Chief is not that big of a deal, and I really don't know how to gauge Samus's powerlevel or which game to use as reference, I'd guess she is her strongest at the end of Fusion or Super Metroid?
