Why is this allowed?
When Mass Effect 3 had a IGN reviewer in it everyone called it out as a blatant shilljob but now CDPR have dozens of E-Celebs, Streamers and Reviewers in their game and it's suddenly okay????

Based
Only shills hate shazam because he speaks the truth
Zoomers have become more and more obsessed with e-celebs. That is what they grew up on, so they are the zoomer heroes.
Why is Shazam associated with Cyberpunk again?
Is it literally just because the promo image of him sipping soda was used as an accompanying reaction image to not buying the game?
Why are you avatarfagging
I refuse to buy this game because of the amount of e-celebs in it.
If you have any remaining testosterone in you do not buy this game.
Don't care, still buying Cyberpunk 2077
*sip*
Because he's based
Why do you keep using pictures of Captain Marvel? Is the actor who played him in the movie involved with Cyberpunk or something? I haven't been keeping up.
i hate ecelebs
Imagine still buying this game after all the cut content and red flags we've seen?
>E-celebs
I actually don't know any of these people. I feel good.
Still pirating Cyberpunk 2077
Why does Zig Forums have such a hardon for hating on e-Celebs? Some of them are pretty fun to watch, I think.
Don't care, still buying Cyberpunk 2077
I think it's stupid but it's not such a big deal that I'm suddenly gonna drop this game.
At least Carol Costa (IGN reporter) said she will not review the game due to that.
Name 1 that isn't complete shit
You just have shit taste.
I mean, it's entirely subjective and what I like you may not like and vice versa, so there's no point because I know that even if I mention some, maybe not you but some will just write "shit" no matter who I mention.
But anyway, I enjoy AngryJoe, ReviewtechUSA, Alanah Pearce and a couple of WoW-people like Bellular Gaming.
Just shoot them in the face and teabag their corpses and send it to the ecelebs on twitter.
>Neoman From Wick in Cyberpunk 2077
SCREEEEEEEEEEEE BASED POLISH DEV
>Shazam McCox of Costa in Cyberpunk 2077
Fucking poland should have been wiped clean by nazis.
this guy, watched him a long time ago but I forgot his name
>AngryJoe
SJW Hipster fag pretending to be angry while literally being a dumb mexican with an IQ of 50.
I'm all for you gamers now enter my Xbox lottery only 1$ but I have only 1 xbox and 50000 of you will enter. Totally no profit in it for me.
I'd be fine without John wick, don't care one way or another. I'm not gonna play with English dub anyway
Be honest Zig Forums, if cdprojektred approached you asking you to appear in Cyberpunk 2077 would you accept? Would you be on a billboard or an NPC?
>if cdprojektred approached you asking you to appear in Cyberpunk 2077 would you accept?
Not for free.
Don't ask questions
perfect dark had journalist faces in it, so did LA Noire, you're retarded this shit has happened since video games supported putting an image of a face in
Why would I want my face be featured in this dumpster fire?
yeah, Mario is Stalin.
Dont care still pirating Cyberpunk 2077 from gog day 1
>3 people are just in background ads
>the other 3 might just be a non-quest special NPC in a certain spot
I'd be surprised if anyone actually got a questline tied to them. The ME3 girl was prominent through the whole game
Rofl, you really think this game will be anything but a giant success?
this was pretty much the last straw. I will not be buying this game.
They do it because it's free marketing.
I've been saying this for years while idiots were peddling this idea that journos were literally paid for reviews. Marketing arms learned decades ago that you can't buy reviews without it leaving a paper trail and being easy to reject. Psychological marketing is more effective when it's done under the illusion of pandering and promise. It's why journos will get special "review packs" of games that come with all manner of exclusive gear and junk, and why they're often invited to preview events with extravagant wining and dining. By providing your journo with the illusion of caregiving you manipulate the person on a subconscious level to think positively of you and the work you're publishing.
Traditional reviews became mostly redundant years ago. The digital age has pushed entertainment media towards streamers and e-celebrities. This group bring in by far the vast majority of hits and views, more than traditional views, as modern audiences look less towards analytical work (video or written) and more towards entertainment and personalities. Even if these personalities aren't reviewing games, just playing them, marketing arms quickly adapted and now send these streamers massive volumes of officially branded gear, trinkets, collectables, exclusives, etc to cultivate positivity. And in this case, they've hired them for 5 minute mini-missions, ad placement, representation, etc.
It works. Because they bought free marketing without actually having to do so. Each and every one of these people will, and already has, peddle their representation in the game. They're excited because they now feel they're part of the project, and will inevitably have their thoughts on the game influenced by that excitement. Marketing psychology just leverages how people normally interact; if someone is nice to you you're more likely to be tapered and diplomatic in your response even when you've got negative thoughts as opposed to a faceless stranger.
Am I supposed to know who these people are?
Am I supposed to care that some random Z list internet celeb is in a video game?
If you actually know who these people are and are going to be upset or angered over these people being in the game, you're part of the problem.
I don't know these people so it won't affect my playthrough :)
Shazam! poster is the voice of reason and critical analysis amidst a sea of easily impressed zoomers
This. Only people who follow these e-celebs know who they are and what they look like. It doesn't change anything for people who don't know them.
>it doesn't matter that the game is full of E-Celeb shills
Add it to the list Shazam
i dont know who any of these cunts are, nor do i care
what is apparent though is that YOU do care, enough to make that shitty image that is designed to outrage
if i see any of these people in-game, i wont recognise them anyway
stop being such an e-celeb cock-sucking fuck who recognises them and posts their tweets around on this imageboard, you massive fucking loser
Why OP and many more Anons are so obsessed with Cyberpunk lately... there's not even one day when someone makes thread about "Cyberpunk is a failure, cars are dumb, e-celebs, less skills, etc, etc, etc." moaning like a 3 year old baby. When game comes out you can literally make such threads shitting on whatever you don't like, but game is not out so why do you care? Also, you won't even recognize any of these "celebs" in the game.
............ I AM GOING TO BUY CYBERPUNK.............
overall this, is only marketing, it was a red flag when i saw Keanu, the guy who reddit like to suck off like there's no tomorrow. I would wait for reviews, watch some youtube gameplay to see if this game is good or shit.
>why is a video game board obsessed with the game of the decade
scientists are trying to figure it out as we speak
I never knew kenau has this meme status before he showed up in cyberpunk. I always knew him as matrix and speed guy and that's it
