Twitchoids

Why is it so popular with Zoomers?

My zoomer cousin (22) called me up crying on the phone because he wanted to an hero because he couldn't get any viewers on twitch to watch him play video games, and that all he wants in life is to be a streamer, and that streamers are so lucky to be able to do what they do.

Lonely nerds with no friends feel like they can be a part of a community and build a personal relationship with whatever streamer they subscribe to when they get their name called out for donating or subscribing

it's because your aunt was taking drugs and drinking while carrying him

Thing is, my cousin doesn't really care about watching other streamers, what he cares about is BEING the streamer. Its his life-goal.

go and beat your cousin up, that'll straighten him out

>called me up crying on the phone because he wanted to an hero
block his number, attention whores deserve no compassion

The real problem is that the public school system teaches everyone that they're "special" and that they can do anything as long as they try their best. This feel good shit sets people up with delusional expectations when most of them are statistically going to be working at taco bell and walmart.

We need WW3.

Either you can support his half-cocked dream by helping him or you crush the poor baby's dream and try and divert him into something that's actually useful for society.

Was he raised by a single mother
