I believe it's a bad technology whose limits in terms of games are evident (nothing too complex, nothing too fast, nothing too dynamic; see how HL:Alyx has no melee, no platforming, and the shooting is restricted to a few enemies at the time behind covers), which by design is for 15 minutes plays at best before getting a headache, and with of course a huge price tag that reeks of consoomerism.

Its only use - and the good thing that came out of it - is that it makes exercise fun like said. Can also be used to teach useful gestures like first-aid.
