I don't know what there is to talk about anymore. The Series X is the smaller, more powerful console with 200GB more storage space, Game Pass, enhanced backwards compatibility, and a better controller. Until September 21st, when Microsoft announced their plans to acquire ZeniMax, you could have said all that is trumped by Sony's prestigious first-party. I would have stuck up for the potential of Halo Infinite, Hellblade 2, Avowed, Fable, and Everwild, but I would have conceded the point. However, with Bethesda, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango, and id Software owned by Microsoft, it's hardly up for debate. On top of all the advantages I listed at the outset, the Series X is even supported by a better first-party. What's left to discuss?
