I think it's fine when it makes sense in the game. Like fantasy racism is usually pretty fun if it's self contained in a way that makes sense in the world, but obviously shouldn't just be thinly veiled social commentary or an import of 21st century racial politics.

Dragon Age Inquisition is the most egregious. the two monarchies in the setting are ran by women, the church is ran by women and only females can become pope, the chief of the inquisition is a woman too.The leader of the mage circle is a woman too.
