Call centers and warehouse work. Call centers are worse than retail but at least you're not face to face with the customer. Warehouse is probably the best of the three but will take a real toll on you. I did overnights as support for 10 years until they got rid of it at my store. Took them 6 months to figure out daystocking is fucking dumb and now we are starting back nightshift next month.

Even if the opportunities it opens up for you pay less than you would make staying where you are, take those too because they will lead to way higher paying jobs than your current one. I know people who never wanted to leave retail manager positions because of the money the made but once they were out of there and moving up they regretted not acting sooner.
