Took me nearly half a year to beat the main campaign. And it made exercising feel fun and not a chore. I even forgot I was exercising half the time.

The worst part about this is that it's so slow to switch between this and other games. The game should have a setting that throws you right back into the warm-ups right once you turn it on.
It's fucking incredible. If you keep at it you'll definitely get results, but be warned it does not fuck around

I play on hard floor. Only thing that is even a bit of an issue is something like crunches (my tailbone is fuckhuge), and then I just pull out a yoga mat for that one exercise.

Planks are Mountain Climber are the worst fucking shit in this game. Also any stair/waist high water section.
I play it on a monitor. Only time this is remotely an issue is sometimes you need to be on the floor and you can't see the screen, but that's just for one-off exercises so you read the instructions before getting on the floor and doing it.
Even if you don't get toned from working out on ring fit, it's still a pretty good way to move around. I ended up getting into VR since I work from home and end up sitting down a lot.
