No. Gachas shut down frequently like Brave Frontier: The Last Summoner and Magia Record. Mobile games in general are pretty unstable, like how Pangya Mobile and Disgaea RPG just vanished for a while.
The only games that can run forever are ones you have the ability to host yourself, like back when devs gave you the server. It's been 24 years and I can still play Quake.

Look at shit like FGO, makes billions a year and barely puts 1% of its profits back into the game and it still prints money, if Mihoyo reinvests a third of its profits this game will live on for at least 10 years
