Koei Tecmo news dump about what they have in the pipeline:
> Dead or Alive 7 isn't a thing yet, likely because 6 bombed hard. It'll be happening much later into next gen, and Koei Tecmo is looking into publishing deals with the console makers because they don't want to foot the bill for it. And no, Xtreme 3 is not getting localized. > The next Nioh project is planned for the PS5, no set date as of now. I'm unsure if it will be the last game or not, as Team Ninja also wants to move onto other projects if possible. > There's been discussions about turning Atelier Ryza into a trilogy if 2 sells well enough. The series is also not gonna be exclusive to next gen for some time, likely because of how well the first Ryza sold on the Switch, and Koei Tecmo wants to prioritize that platform for future Atelier games. > Koei Tecmo's relationship with Nintendo is closer than ever, and depending on how Age of Calamity does, they next musou they'll do with a Nintendo license will likely be a Mario one. They're also going to continue to work with Intelligent Systems on Fire Emblem for the near future. > DW9 Empires was originally meant to be open world, but the bad reception of the original caused them to scrap that feature entirely. They don't plan on bringing it back for future installments. No word on DW10 or Orochi 5. > I've heard rumors about a potential new Fatal Frame. No idea if anything materialized, just that Nintendo and Koei Tecmo are "heavily considering it" due to the success of RE7, 2, and 3. > Ninja Gaiden Collection for Switch and PS4 is real. It comes with Sigma, Sigma 2, and Razor's Edge, but apparently it's being handled by an outside developer and not by Team Ninja. It's being done to gauge interest in the series, so a fourth game will likely happen if it sells well enough. The reason why it's not coming to Xbox is because Black, II, and Razor's Edge are already available via backwards compatibility on the Xbox One, and will be available on Series X/S.
>they next musou they'll do with a Nintendo license will likely be a Mario one. uh...
Lincoln Davis
>They're also going to continue to work with Intelligent Systems on Fire Emblem for the near future. I seriously hope this doesn’t hold back the presentation
Cooper Flores
>They're also going to continue to work with Intelligent Systems on Fire Emblem for the near future God I hope not. Three Houses looked and ran like ass because of them.

Hmm... I think DoA 7 will be vidya.

This make your entire "leak" fake. As if publishers cares about that, if they can make money off of old games they will.
Josiah Rogers
Wasn't DoA5 doing the same shit but then immediatly folded like cardboard for the DLCs?
>i has intel >that this and that and that may be released in the future but not now >and open world musou is dead because people hated >and that collection that was leaked will be released lol
Oh wow. Let me guess, One Piece Pirate Warriors 5 will happen in 2 or 3 years and more dlc for 4 next year? what more obvious things have in hand?

And no, Xtreme 3 is not getting localized. Phil, You know what to do. But tell them to up their game because the engine is a laughing stock since 5. Also ask for ports of Senran and Nioh if you are already there. >NG Collection >Sigma
Thomas Miller
>I've heard rumors about a potential new Fatal Frame. No idea if anything materialized, just that Nintendo and Koei Tecmo are "heavily considering it" due to the success of RE7, 2, and 3. I heavily want this to be true because I love Fatal Frame and I'm sure eventually there will be a new one. But it's fucking laughable if anyone thinks the success of resident evil means that fatal frame will sell well. Fatal Frame has always sold like shit and will always sell like shit
Christopher Mitchell
No so much I guess? In 6 they sucked SJW's ass really hard.
Logan Thompson
Remember when Ninja Theory expected DmC Devil may Cry to sell over 5m? Companies sometimes are retarded
Ryder Hall
Oh absolutely. Not saying it's impossible for dumbass execs to think this, just saying it makes them idiots
Aiden Richardson
Will they sell guitars as DLC for Age of Calamity?
Aaron Green
>no pc news at all >no mention of nioh 2 and ninja gaiden collection on pc i sleep
Adam Rivera
>no news on Nioh 2 for PC
oh no no no no PC fattos another year no games.
Jace Jenkins
Do you have a source for any of this?

The producer had gone on record a few weeks ago saying that they don't pan on continuing the open world format for future mainline titles but he would like to see it return as a spin off like if they ever did one for DW9 in the same way they did Samurai Warriors 4-2. That you didn't mention this here makes this dump even more dubious.
Owen Smith
>everyone hated DW9 >doubledown and make more DW9 fuck them
Dylan Johnson
DOA6 and the toning down of tits etc. is all Tom Lee's fault, he's in power on the western branch for Team Ninja and he's in... wait for it.... california.
Hudson Murphy
>and depending on how Age of Calamity does, they next musou they'll do with a Nintendo license will likely be a Mario on Oh god please no, literally any IP except mario
>they next musou they'll do with a Nintendo license will likely be a Mario one. Kid Icarus is the best IP they have for a Musou game after Zelda and Fire Emblem. Mario doesn't need it, especially when you're going to have Shiggy slapping down any creative idea to "preserve" the IP.

Stopped reading. OP is shitposting faker. Team Ninja already confirmed in an interview that Nioh 2 would be the last Nioh game and that their next two games would be: - A next gen NEW IP made to take advantage of PS5 hardware. - A return to Ninja Gaiden.
>itagaki dickrider his one and only ever good game was NG/NGB, DOA was never good until DOA5 and DOAX was always shit, NG2 was also shit (not defending NGS2 either), He's gone on to direct the forgettable piece of shit Devil's Turd, the man is a literal one hit wonder stop worshiping a has-been nobody.
Colton Robinson
They also said that if they ever made Nioh 3 it will be set in europe not Japan.
Jackson Sanchez
Thats expected about DOA but at least the fighting game series isn't dead. I really did enjoy 6, even if it did strip away some things especially the nonsensical decision to remove tag battles.
I really do hope they make a new Fatal Frame, I thought the Wii U was great for 5 with some exceptions and I think a switch title can build on that.
I'm unsure about the NG collection but hope they get someone competent to handle the ports then. I have the originals and Sigma but I don't think my TV can even accept the old Xbox cables.
