HOI4 and Paradox games get a lot of Nazi LARPing, but they also have loads of communist LARPers too.

Can't really think of any in terms of the game was made by fascists. Simple fact is fascism has been the secular liberal worlds version of satanism since the end of WW2 so nobody is going to publicly admit to it besides spergs. Your best hope for that would probably be some Italian or French devs. Would probably be interesting to have some fascist futurism influence in a game.

Pretty much. No big developer will portray fascists in a positive light, and a neutral one is only excused when done for matched play. Multiplayer shooters and strategy games are the only ones that let you play them, as far as I know.

Unless you include fictional settings, which have their not!fascists, like the TR in Planetside, Empire in Star Wars, Caesar's Legion in New Vegas, and so on. Even then, they're one option of many at best.

I wouldn't really call any of those fascist beyond surface level aesthetics of Nazis. Fascism has a specific ideological doctrine as written in Mussolini's "Doctrine of Fascism". Really the problem is that the word is meaningless because it's been used as a generic political slur for decades and propaganda. A lot of leftists will huff their own farts talking about what they think fascism is based on their own Marxist understanding most of which was written in the 20s and 30s by butthurt communists that were mad their voter base was switching to Mussolini and Hitler. But none of them have read any fascist literature. In the lay persons mind it just means evil authoritarian baddies.
