There is no 'one single mod' like that.
How the stuff works is that you replace one suit's mesh with another. CC is the same thing, except they section the mesh into different parts on purpose, so that you could mix and match.
Every swap mod swaps one particular suit (usually N/R so it's easy to get) into an SR/SSR for one body type.
As an example, pic related is the 'Fig' R bikini swapped into the Gym Clothes SR for both body types.

Yeah I understand that. It just got me thinking, with apps like the Mod Manager and Costume Customizer, how easy would it be to make some sort of mod or app that says "Fig R swaps to anything" and you could literally just pick from any swimsuit in the game.

It would essentially mean you have to make a swapmod for all the swimsuits separately first, and then put them all into one .ini file.
Putting them into one package isn't a problem, that part would be simple coding of when to show which mesh. It'd be the exact same thing like how the texture swaps let you cycle textures with X, just this time you'd be cycling the meshes.
