Not in the traditional sense.
There's multiple story chapters revolving around singularities throughout history (i.e. points in time where the course of human history has been knocked astray) and a Holy Grail is almost always behind it.
There's hardly ever master/servant pairs like the standard ones, mostly stray servants doing what they want to take advantage of the situation.
The entire reason FGO exists is because F/SN was so popular it spawned numerous spin-offs and here we are now.

Extra Rin was a different character, being Tohsaka's niece. Sakura was an NPC copy, so same character in the way that Heroic Spirits are the same as they were alive.

In the games Saber does not remember the events of the 4th war during the 5th war. Archer (Gilgamesh) remembers the events of the 4th war during the 5th war because he was the last man standing and he he chilled out at church for a decade. The Ufotable adaptation of Unlimited Blade Works has Saber narrate an exposition dump detailing her involvement in the 4th war at a point in the story where people that only saw Fate Zero would expect her to fill Shirou in on this information. The exposition dump takes less time than an explanation of what the throne is and how servants work.
