I played it already and it's a somewhat linear game. Not a big fan of the weapon variety either.

Tried the demo. It’s fun, and looks beautiful, but I have a lot of games on my backlog.

Already did; a genuinely good game and one of my favorite Souls clones, below Nioh and on the same rank as The Surge duology.
I wish the DLC was a quasi-expansion like Dark Souls and Nioh's instead of just three depths maps and I want a sequel.

>more weapon type variety, would love to have some monster hunter style weapons like longsword and gunlance
>remove roll, make all dodges dashes, but remove the fairy sparkles from the fast one. Dashes look cooler than rolls and feel better
>less linearity, more optional areas
>Dragon's Dogma Pawn system
>get some coomer artist like Raita for character design (he did a great job on Valkyria Chronicles)
>card game minigame, like triple triad from FF8
>HUB area that starts bad and you can upgrade it
>chalice dungeons that people can share and go in together, hardest content in the game

Shift recently trademarked "Code Fairy", which some people assume will be a sequel.

The combat is great and there is plenty to experiment with, my main gripe is the level design. It isn't as bad as dark souls game where the levels are unpleasant to explore, the environments are just tedious and don't hold up through multiple playthroughs

I would like them to fix the guns since they are the most janky weapons along with adding more types that aren't just a rifle

He is good but he only has one style of clothing. I want some variety on that side, different artists could bring some different armors with styles that fit people's preferences mode widely.

In a year or 2 it'll probably start dropping to $10 on sale on steam .

How do you guys play games with such coombait? I find that if I do, I just endlessly want to coom to the porn of it. This kills my urge to continue in the game and ultimately I just feel satiated without playing, especially if the gameplay or story is average. But if I choose to not coom, I feel tormented looking at all the sexy women and not being able to do anything about it. It's like having constant blue balls.

Devs clearly didn't want to make DLC. Pushed to do so by publishers.

Why are you even pirating a game you consider mediocre? I would play something I would genuinely enjoy instead.
