it was pretty good pvp though before it was completely ruined by new vehicles and explosive sniper rifles and bullshark testosterone marksman rifles and flying motorcycles with rockets and orbital cannons and about a bazillion cheaters with godmode
now i just grind, collect cars and drive around in solo public lobbies with my crew.

Also I still don't understand why they always make explosives so easily accessible in these games. Same issue with RDO, random pvp was fun when it was more grounded with simple weapons but once everyone is high lvl with the top tier explosive vehicles/weapons, dynamite arrows etc you just don't even bother doing random fights because someone always pulls out explosives and ruins the fun.

They should make them extremely limited like literally you can only hold 1-2 explosives for emergency.

depends what kind of friends you want.

if you want a tryhard team then hit up forums and either ask for players or respond to a request.
if you want leeches, just be useful and open to helping people. people will line up to get carried.

the rest is up to you being willing or able to respond and develop friendships.

Open world pvp with no option for private games is why RDO is bad.

I did. In 2013-2014, but we spent way more time playing GTA 4s online than 5s

my friends are too poor or don't care enough to play cowboy simulator with me, most people I met are mutes or just jump into your horse and afk for hours. Met one sweaty grinder, he was having fun and doing those 300$+ missions on loop.

Nothing superior about RDO, RDO feels like the single player except with barely a story. Why you cant see players on the map is retarded, makes it feel completely dead. And the pvp is pure aids with the cards people use making them basically invincible. Game is fucking trash and deserves to be dead compared to GTA

The most ridiculous thing is those people who will blow themselves up if you're close to killing them. Like they somehow won, as long as the scorecard doesn't say you killed them lol. Legitimate brain problems
