Ios wasn't even the top earner for fortnite, not even close. It was like 10%. Have you even looked at their investor reports? Android lost more, and they're still able to function through the galaxy store (where they were before) and direct payments, like they were doing before they went on google play.
They probably lost like $50m, not hundreds of millions. Still a lot, but not nearly as much.
