seems odd then that i should need to advise you on the matter. What gameplay mechanics do you like? Do you want to feel like you are weak and powerless against your horror threat? Do you want more action than that? Monsters? Bio-mutations? Disease? Ghosts?

Its one of those secret horror games, where most of the time the atmosphere is grim and kinda creepy but never very scary, but when it wants to be scary, its one of the most terrifying games out there.

Fear is an obvious one, Bloodrayne (kinda horror), Systemshock. I don't think anything action/horror has come out recently, only shit walking sims
