The ps3 was ok, much better than the ps4, but the 360 was better than both.

Xbone was as useless as the ps4, with the ps4 being a little bit better.

At least 10 games, I had around 40 PS3 games and 10 of those were good and I think the PS3 was a decent console. I can't believe I'm saying the minimum is 10 games when even the fucking NES had a lot more than 10 good games.

both ps3 and xbox360 were great in their release years as far as both game and hardware goes, not talking about price.
However after about 3 years, everything started going to shit imo.
And since then gaming has been going downhill for consoles, and even pc but consoles imo can't be justified anymore because pc's exist and do everything consoles do but better.
I'd much rather build a smol pc and plug a controller in.

I'm only at around 90 games, waiting on a few more to arrive that I ordered a while ago. PS4's been great to me too.

i just recently bought ps4 used and I got re7, gt sport(the reason I bought the console) nier(cause i'm too lazy to play it behind my pc), AC7, and yakuza 0(already had it on pc but its comfier on a couch), looking to get tsushima oonce it's prices stop being retard high and RDR2 once people stop thinking their games are worth 30 euros years after release

The last guardian: didn't buy because I didn't enjoy playing shadow of the colossus
gravity rush 2: never even heard of this game and it looks lame
crash team racing: didn't buy this because I'm not dumb enough to buy shitty remastered games and it looks awful and soulless
ratchet and clank: looks like shit too, would rather play the ps2 version
crash 4: at this point I'm starting to believe sony is hiring tumblr artists/feminists to re design the characters so I didn't even bother with this one
odin sphere: just looks like a shitty PS vita game
Dragon's Crown Pro: god I can't believe you play this shit
Valkyria Chronicles 4: a game for people with asperger's syndrome
yakuza games: maybe they are fun, maybe I will buy them one day
dmc 5: never cared about dmc games so I didn't buy this
ace combat 7: no

If I wasn’t already sold on PlayStation Ghost of Tsushima would have been what pushed me since it’s by far the best open world done to date. Granted the map could do with less clutter the way they minimized the hud while not having a bunch of bullshit icons all over the screen for objectives miles away is brilliant. I can’t wait to see what they can pull off with a sequel and given them effort and polish that went into the coop mode I just pray they don’t pull a Bungie and unlearn things launching a sequel with coop *to come later*.

Spider-Man was also fantastic so looking forward to more of that, this generation started really rocky for PS4 as the only notable game I remember was Killzone and that a was pretty short. It took some years for the games to catch up so I won’t fault anyone not willing to jump in Day 1 at msrp but as it gets older, revisions and drops in price I think anyone expecting a completely different outcome from last to next gen might be in for a surprise. While multiplats are the majority of game sales Sony has been unmatched for sometime as the sales have shown. I’m in for the long haul.
