I can't remember if it was that short but SOMA was a good little one or two sitting game. I guess it's not really a traditional horror game though, more of an atmospheric puzzler with themes of existential crisis.

I've never heard of it. Do you mean spooky's jump scare mansion or whatever it's called? You move through hundreds of rooms in that game and it's surprisingly pretty creepy for a game as tongue in cheek as it is.
