Everything in cinemassacre is shit except for AVGN (which eventually became shit), board james and you know what's bullshit I guess which was okay.
I'd like to say he shouldnt had wasted his time on so much stupid shit but the truth is James didn't want to be the "Angry video game nerd", he wanted to be a movie guy. But his career in that regard never took off and he got pidgeonholed into pretending to be mad at video games.

There's not much hate for James. Anytime there's Cinemassacre hate it's very clearly directed at the worthless, subhuman Screenwave dipshits or Mike. As insufferable a person as Mike is, at least he's actually made contributions to the channel. The fatties deserve every bit of hate they get and frankly they don't even get enough. James doesn't get much real hate. Just dumb jokes about him balding or the black kid kissing the girl in the shitty movie. The closest thing to real hate I see James get is just the disappointment in him not having any interest/knowledge in video games.

Worth getting?
If you like indie games then maybe. I only played the first one. It wasn't bad, just very run of the mill for an indie 2D platformer. Doesn't do anything special or unique, but then again neither do most beloved indies so that probably won't matter to most people.
