Elder Scrolls 6 info

I wondered whether or not to leak this stuff but I'm frustrated with current events at Bethesda,so FUCK IT. E.S.VI was scheduled to release Fall 2021 but a major part of the world, like 25% of the game, is being reworked, so its delayed indefinitely
Game takes place across two major provinces:

Elseweyr - A lot of jungles and tribes/meadows/plains/plantations. A lot of Khajiit. New race of Blue and purple bird-like beings
High Rock - Big ass mountains, lots of forested zones, huge bay of water with pirate ship activities.

Can get elected to run certain settlements

Active combat just like Skyrim but less clunky, more weapon options, shit ton of extra items like bombs, crossbows, throwing knives, caltrops, throwable poisons, various traps (only Khajiit and Argonians can create), tameable pets that attack for you (or summons for races that can summon)

Skill leveling is back but each race has their own skill "tree" now. You cant learn everything on one character and become a god anymore.Standard player level as well. So you can't become an Orsimer mage for example. Your race is basically your class. This might upset some, but there's a huge amount of overlap. Three or four races have access to heavy weapons and skills, three or four have access to all the magic stuff, etc

Story: Something called the "Shaper" that shifts people's destinies and all of Nirn itself (the planet), for good or worse, is suddenly wreaking havoc after decades of peace. It's linked the two provinces with giant portals which is why player can play two provinces in one game lore-wise. You have to figure out why the shaper is suddenly going apeshit and causing chaos, and stop it. Spoiler: It has decided Nirn is too evil to keep existing and is going to make a new planet out of our ashes. So TLDR player must stop a god that's gone beserk. Very generic I know...But you destroy it with a literal elder scroll item that prophecised it's death or some BS and a council of peaceful Aedra takes its place

I'll buy it anyway

More info:

I'm pissed off because I'm on a "strike team" task force of the best from each department, we have been working tirelessly for past couple of months to get a trailer ready in time for next gen console releases this November

Just yesterday our boss' boss (not Todd), decided to delay to cancel the trailer entirely...From what I understood, they want to get rid of the perception Bethesda has for releasing a single jpeg or simple trailer and then going radio silent forever (cough starfield)

and want to put out a newer trailer closer to release (you'll probably be seeing it late 2021 and game release target is 2022 like I mentioned)

Game will have standard 4k 60fps on Ps5 and Xbox consoles (yes a PS5 launch is still in works, Bethesda isn't just gonna say no to free money), and less fidelity on previous gen consoles (ps4 xbox one) along with a dual option of either boosting the FPS at cost of fidelity, or boosting graphical fidelity and lowering FPS

Will be a cool companion mobile app to manage inventory and see your character, and read some lore. Hope to god there's no monetization, I'm embarassed to still be associated with ES Blades

Dont care, I'm still buying elder scrolls 6

Yeah, i don't buy it.
>scheduled to release Fall 2021
There is NO WAY it was planned to be released this soon, if it was they would've said something to build up hype. I think the release date hasn't even been talked about to be honest.

Total bullshit

Sounds like larping and faggot op to me

Attached: 1603303920298.jpg (750x715, 53.83K)

OP if you're going to LARP at least TRY to know what you're talking about.

How the fuck would you know about a possible PS5 release if the deal hasn't even been finished yet. Not even phil knows what the fuck will happen. Before anyone even thinks about a PS5 release plan the deal needs to be completed (early 2021)

That was literally the point that I'm telling you, we were trying to get a reveal trailer ready for next month to finally hype it up and show a big shiny "2021" at the end of the trailer,

but our trailer just got shitcanned because a giant part of the world is being redone and 2022 is the new target release year so they're holding the trailer from being shown too early

The part of world btw is basically the entire lower half of Elseweyr, most of the jungles and river stuff, along with other things in some other departments I don't know much about, but they're already talking about DLC options internally which is way too fucking much,

please lord Todd just let us finish the GAME first.

how the fuck would it be in elseweyer and high rock those are nowhere near eachother

What can we expect from the creation engine?
How is the AI compared to skyrim?
Are many locations handcraftred, dungeons etc.?

>I don't know much about
user we already know you're a larping faggot, we know for a fact that Starfield comes first.

Quit trying to save face about your bad TES VI fanfic.

I don't know how to reply to specific posters, never used Reddit before, but Elseweyr and High Rock are connected via portals that the Shaper created (read my story section in OP)

>Game takes place across two major provinces:
>Elseweyr
>Highrock

literally not adjacent so how's that work? or are you a liar fag

Dude if you're trying to write bad fanfic at least learn TES lore before you do.

>PS5 release

Keep LARPing snoy

>two provinces with giant portals
so bullshit teleportation to shoehorn a second province and FUCKING THANOS as the villain? if this is true the game is going to be even worse than skyrim

Reminder that according to actual Bethesda people they laugh at these fake leaks all the time because they’re just that retarded.

You said in your post the plan was to release a trailer in november to align with the next gen consoles.
And now you say the trailer would show a "2021" at the end of it? It would be released when? At that point an exact date would've been decided.
If you're going to try to LARP at least be consistent.

>if this is true
It’s not and you know it isn’t.

>Active combat just like Skyrim
Annnnd I'm out
I hope your combat designers boil in a lake of piss.

He said in the post dude. A god makes portals for you lol

These shitty "leaks" remind me of those retarded product reviews on Amazon and similar sites trying to shill and hype up their products
>I wasn't going to leak this but..
>I don't normally write reviews on products but..
kys

*I meant Zig Forums not reddit lol.
"What can we expect from Creation Engine"
Good news is they're redoing it from scratch, that's not something I have seen too much though, I know they want to make it ready for launch though, it's listed as a launch feature on the internal "launch dream list"

"How is the AI compared to Skyrim"
I can't specify what job I do as it would probably be pretty easy to find out who I was and I might get fired, but it's not coding so idk. From what I've played though I haven't seen much problems or issues aside from basic "needs polishing" stuff like keyframe-only animations and placeholder things

"Are many locations handcrafted, dungeons?"
All are handcrafted except the flora team who made special tools for populating most areas with vegetation and trees. But the Elseweyr giant-ass trees are handcrafted, some have circular suspended towns around them way above the ground

Why do people even pretend to leak when TES threads have a regular poster who's a bethesda employee

>scheduled to release Fall 2021

Yeah nah, you're full of shit.

OP you've literally gotten basic facts wrong, just stop pretending.

>bird-like beings

Players may play individually or with a party of up to three others. The servers for the game are public dedicated servers, with the player automatically allocated to one of them. While the game is expected to launch with public servers only, executive producer Todd Howard will reveal plans for private servers to be introduced some time after the game's launch. These private servers will allow players to invite friends and to prevent undesirable aspects of player versus player gameplay such as griefing from affecting an individual player's experience of the game. Howard will describe the delay as being necessary to allow Bethesda time to assure the stability of public servers. Elements of previous Elder Scrolls games are present and are modified to work with the real-time game. The targetting system — a mechanic introduced in Oblivion that allows players to pause the game to target specific locations on an enemy's body to attack—is used in Elder Scrolls as a real-time system, though it still allows players to specify targets on an enemy's body.

Trainwiz is a contractor not an employee.

Unlike the majority of the installments in the series, which are primarily built on open-world and world map features, the game's overall design is linear. Another distinction is that the abilities of sneaking around non-playable characters, moving corpses, and hiding/storing/stealing items are not included in the game. Combat includes using melee weapons, magic spells, and ranged attacks. Regarding the use of magic, the player can only equip up to three different magic spells to use during combat. The game features dungeons that are both hand-crafted by designers and procedurally generated. Players can customize and level up their characters to enhance their abilities.

Elder Scrolls 6 features three main game modes: Abyss, Arena, and Town. Abyss offers a roguelike experience in which the player must attempt to get as far as possible in an endless dungeon. Despite not being connected to the game's story, the endless dungeon is ideal to gain experience and strength for the player. Arena is a player versus player multiplayer mode in which two players battle against each other. Town is the game's main mode, which is a hub area where the player can receive quests and meet non-player characters (NPCs) to progress the story. The player's hub town initially starts destroyed and they are tasked with rebuilding and upgrading it, which consequently unlocks more quests and NPCs. Players can visit their friends' hub towns.

This is TES Blades, not 6.

If you want to make a credible fake leak, at least TRY to know what the fuck you are talking about.

Shit larp

A battle royale gamemode, known as Skyrim Winter, uses many base features of the game, but expands upon them following the battle royale genre. Players start off in Whiterun, which is set on a timer or until the maximum player count is achieved, which will prompt an on-screen map to appear where teams can choose where they spawn. Skyrim Winter features parts from the base game such as building using collected designs and the ability to use dragonshouts via collecting multiple Dragon Word Walls.

thanks!

The easiest way to tell this is bullshit is Elseweyr and High Rock are on opposite ends of the fucking continent, there's no way they could make that work without it being stupid

Final info dump before I peace out because everyone wants to just go "lalala you're a faggot" and not believe me, that's your right to call me a liar but I'm mainly posting this stuff bc I'm pissed at boss for cancelling basically 3 months of overtime work I just did for nothing

- If I had to put a number on the game's completion %, I'd say it was 80% done and the rest of the work is pure polish, actually recording a lot of text-to-speech placeholder stuff, and shit ton of optimization to hit that fps resolution goal for next gen. It's a lot farther along than you guys think. It already had a good amount of work when the teaser reveal was shown years ago

They really wanted it to be a launch title for next gen and a system seller, but that plan was abandoned a while back. Then we were being pushed for a 2021 release for the longest time until recently where now the release is up in the air but they're optimistically saying 2022.

So who knows at this point, something always seems to go wrong near the end of the dev cycle. It's a fucking cool game though, the wait will be worth it

There's a lot more focus on RPG. There's not "stats" like most RPGs but you still have the standard health-magicka-stamina. Multiple currencies, romance options (no M-rated stuff, it ties into companions), Hallowing (which is basically your favor with the Aedra and lets you over-level skills to become unique versions, and other stuff I'm prob forgetting

No the bullshit one is a 2021 release date when they've said over and over again that Starfield is coming first, and Starfield isn't out yet at all.

>A battle royale gamemode, known as Skyrim Winter

>2020
>still chasing that battle royale money

user you never did overtime work, you don't work at Bethesda, and they said themselves the game isn't anywhere close to being done.
You get basic information wrong about everything because you're too damn dumb to take five seconds to look it up. Maybe if you spent as much time doing a basic bit of research into anything as you do writing up pointless bullshit you might have something that sounds halfway credible.
Either way, you have to be over 18 to browse this website.

>New race
doubt festers
>more weapon options
doubt confirmed

you are clearly full of shit

On October 23, 2024, Microsoft will announce it will be selling a premium subscription service for Elder Scrolls 6, titled "Elder Scrolls 1st", priced at $25.99 per month or $199.99 per year. The subscription allows payees to play the game in a private online server (either alone or in a group of up to seven people, who do not have to be subscribers), as well as introducing new content such as a chest allowing unlimited storage for crafting materials, a placeable fast travel system with supplementary supplies, 1650 septims per month, and exclusive cosmetic items. The choice to release a subscription model for the game will draw criticism but will have been normalised by the retards who paid for it in Fallout 76. It will be particularity criticised as content like private worlds will be requested before the game's launch by players but will instead now be included behind a paywall, while some will also note that subscription services for exclusive content in full-priced games is being shunned in favor of other models. Kotaku China will contest the high price, and write how the base game, while having improved in time through new content following its poor launch, still suffers from various problems, and additionally is continuing to be sold for a discounted price at most retailers. The staff at Kotaku China will then have their social credit score docked.
