You legit haven't used Klee enough if you don't understand how good a flat increase to Charge attack damage is. You realize a Charge attack into a Vaporize or Melt is straight meta for her?

You realize how DPS works right? You realize how numbers work right? As I already said, you have 3 set choices, but all are evenly comparable to overall DPS numbers based on the math. Again, do you dumbasses know how Melt/Vaporize damage is calculated? Do you know how Atk vs Dmg stat increases work? Don't be knee jerk autists just because something you hadn't thought could be good, actually might be.
