I'd 100% love skyrim if you could go "Skyrim belongs to it's people" and not necessarily "skyrim belongs to the nords" because I'm not a fan of it. Either siding with whiterun or the stormcloaks if that was what they wanted.

The main people Skyrim has an issue with is Altmer (enemy of all mankind), Dunmer (ancient racial enemy and a bunch of leaches in the present) and the Beasts (because they're all criminals.) They don't get triggered at Niggaurds, Bretons, and the only reason they're mad at Imperials is the civil war with historical precedence being them getting along great. And I doubt they even think about Bosmer at all.

bosmer are upbeat and inquisitive, not miserable neckbeards like the dunmer or stuck-up like the Altmer. It's easy to see why other races wouldnt mind them being around, for the most part they're not going to be a disturbance.

Most don't like to leave valenwood though, which is why they're not seen that much despite being the most numerous of the three main Mer types.
