He gets stuck way too much on 2nd phase, i fought him 4 times and 3 of those almost all my damage came from him attacking the wall, its literally a broken arena.
1st phase is just dodge stick get in until jump/mist, get out, repeat.
The charge is just too fast and he can use it at any moment, it shouldnt do as much damage as it does now, to compensate shit like his spin2win or the fly breath should do way more for how easy it is to avoid them.

Oh yeah, just talking lore/aesthetics wise he is fucking awesome, a retired crazy old king who drank the dragon cool-aid after shitting out garbage fuel to the fire, wanted to see his human form in a painting in lothric or something.
