Incredible setting, themes and direction. Dreadful gameplay, engine and live service. It should have been a single player RPG.

It is the best though. But no one can join the community because the skill floor is too high.

It's also never as good now as it was back in the day. No more rando servers or duels weird game types. No more 20v20 shifter mods. Only 5v5 LT.

I enjoyed Genshin, but I would never recommend it to anyone until they fixed the gacha rates and gave F2P more gacha funds for playing the game regularly.
