I fucking loved it, can't wait for Hitman 3

Actually just bought the game on sale few days ago after played the demo. Gameplay so far is pretty fun but something about the dialogue and lore bothers me.

Really caught me off guard. Amazing games.

The only good AAA games from the 8gen

I'm simply too autistic to enjoy them. I play every level exactly one time and then have no desire to replay them, which is completely counter to how they're meant to be played.

Are you sure you are autistic? I am and we usually like repetition

Each level has a bunch of distinct paths though. Think of it kind of like the different stars in 3D Mario games. You're missing out on a ton of content.

Really good. I get tunnel vision trying to master one level at a time and burn myself out though.

I LOVE them.
Unfortunately I never got the first one at the time, but I bought the complete pack with HM2 and boi, am I having a heckload of fun.

I've been doing all the challenges on the very first mission and Im always with a happy smile during my play time.

I haven't had this fun in a while desu. I have to beat it 100% before HM3 comes

i hope this is bait

They look amazing and make me want to get into the series
Too bad I'm a linuxtarded poorfag who only has a laptop

Brilliant games, and I have even more fun with them when playing with randomizer/roulette rules.

I finally beat Blood Money, then Absolution.
Please tell me the new games stick to the BM formula of smallish contained levels. Is there any new lore as well?

And there's so much dlc, and apparently the 2016 content is in 2? Can anyone clarify?

Some shit like you can get a dlc pack that adds all the missions from the first game to the 2nd one.
Kinda like L4D2 has the L4D1 levels

i am 'meh' towards it.

It brought me unimaginable amount of joy, so much so, that I thought of more difficult ways to dispose of targets so I could play more of my favorite maps. I loved to discover new details about the map, listen to dialogues between NPC's and just get completely immersed in the world. Figuring out how to do SASO on Master was one of the most fun I had in recent years. If you're put off by story missions, or 'hand holding', it's understandable, which is why you can turn it off or just amp up difficulty. I learned all the maps on normal and completed SASO on Master and found it to be most enjoyable way of playing it. All in all in have 480hrs between first and second game.

They're greay but I wish they stop puuting in shitty sniper maps that nobody plays.

those were cool maps but it's a shame you couldn't explore it on foot.

Put 300 hours into nu 1 and 2. Now waiting for 3. Kinda stopped having faith in IOI to deliver anything amazing but it'll be fun for 100hrs, all I really need tbnh

Good ideas gone to waste.

The only games I currently genuinly enjoy I have done 100% on all maps. I even like the story, tough many will claim it is shit.

So is Hitman 3 ever coming to steam? Or is it an epic exclusive? All the articles point to the latter. I hope they're wrong.

I like to play sapienza and pretend that I live in that apertment. Then I walk around town and have fun. Sometimes assume the identy of the butcher. Or get a crowbar and pretend I'm a burglar.

Very fun. And autistic.

Yes, it will be on steam like a year later, which fucking sucks when you consider how IOI does time limited content

The only achievements I don't have are the multiplayer sniper ones. Multiplayer achievements are fucking retarded.

>We miss Gary Busey 2.0 assassination mission because we're on steam.

This blows.

They have larger levels, but they mostly drop the direction that they were going with Absolution

This what they should do in the future. Have a day and night cycle in the world. Each level has a safe house. Strategically placed to observe your target throughout the day. NPC schedule changes throughout the day. Order equipment over the net and watch UPS knock on your door and deliver the goods. Watch TV and order pizza while you wait. Weather Channel informs you of weather throughout the week.

>Kinda like L4D2 has the L4D1 levels
Not exactly.
L4D2 included the L4D1 maps for free, while if you want the Hitman 1 missions in Hitman 2 you need to either own the original game or buy a DLC pack that adds them.
Will Hitman 3 have a free version like Hitman 2 did that lets you play the old levels?

Is there any benefit for playing the Hitman 1 levels in 2?

You can hide in reeds! Now in the first game's levels

I think that their episodic model with 1st game being retroactively made a DLC for the second is confusing and retarded.

Hitman 2 has some gameplay improvements that carry over into the original levels (like reintroducing the briefcase, hiding stuff in foliage, concussive gadgets) and you can use the unlocks from them in the new levels.

Hitman 1 especially early on was alot of fun but especially with 2 it lost all of its fun. I played 1 for hundreds of hours but with Hitman 2 a single run through the story was more than enough. I couldn't care less about 3 now that it's chink store exclusive.
