Absolutely not, but it speaks volumes about how incredibly mismanaged the whole thing is. Which is extremely worrying. From a consumers rights standpoint I think those who have pre-ordered should get some sort of recompense as well.

It's them pulling the rug from under us, three weeks before its supposed release, after announcing it had gone gold and after confirming that there won't be any more delays literally a day before.
