Does the game look blurry and washed out to anyone else? It's almost like the textures aren't fully loading in but are still impacting performance. I'm on DLSS, is that causing it? I'm playing on very high settings as well but the game looks like it was drawn with crayons.

No it doesn't. It's not a fun game but london looks absolutely amazing in it, especially with rtx on.

This game is full of bugs currently. Lots of people that downloaded the HD pack got stuck with low res garbage.

And it's cripplingly slow
