What? That picture is literally the exhaust air temperature. With 18c ambient room that small heatsink was probably 70-75c with the soc being 80c. You put this shit in a normal 23c ambient and play games optimized for next gen this thing is going to get loud and hot.

They placed the thermometer looking from upside down exactly to see the exact temperature coming out of the console, if they placed it coming from sideways they would see yellow/orange wind coming out of it.

No shit. That's how thermal conduction works. Air will always be minimum 10c cooler than the heatsink in exhaust situation like this. Same goes for the SOC. You can't have all equal temperature or that means heat will be increasing significantly.

They are not getting the temperature from the wind on that image but yes from the parts of the console(like the grades), there's no way to get the exact temperature of the console only from the air coming out of it.
