Post games that got undeserved criticism by the (((media))) and (((youtubers)))
Unironically
It was shit because the campaign was single player and online was a contrived mess of match making.
>CoD
Back to shittid.
>walking simulator with a stole mechanic from Souls
Pathetic.
I loved both Survive and Death Stranding. And the funniest part is that Survive actually has a really cool story and it blows the one from MGSV out of the water. Kek.
>too long, too much alien not enough isolation~ IGN
I get such a weird feeling playing through mgsV it's kinda spooky
Game was so kino. I hope ninja theory gets a stab at ScaleBound
I wouldn't say it was undeserved. It was ill-informed, if anything. It was a shit game that absolutely deserved criticism, but completely different to the criticism it actually got, which was largely based on outright misinformation spread by youtubers who either didn't understand how the game worked or deliberately misrepresented it out of spite, while failing to touch on the game's actual many problems.
This actually looked like hot garbage what's so good about it?
Nothing, he's just being contrarian. It's a badly made game that was rushed out the door rather than being cancelled after they realised how much of a wasted investment it had been.
The online was fine, it just died
>7.8/10 too much content
Tell me about MGSurvive. How does the game play now? I'm interested to get it just to fight giant Metal Gears again. Heard the boss fights are good and numerous.
I like stealth games that was pretty fun. Having to actually sneak around or you would get your shit kicked in, and beating it unlocked better stuff and would change the story a bit with more abilities. Liked that and Vampire Rain.
>How does the game play now?
dead community
> I'm interested to get it just to fight giant Metal Gears again
There are none
> Heard the boss fights are good and numerous.
There's one boss fight with a human sized zombie. The rest of the game is holding off zombie hordes while waiting for the timer to end.
The hate this game got was ridiculous. Who gives a shit if it's not really Metal Gear or whatever, it's Fox Engine with zombies, it's a fun game and you're retarded if you think otherwise. You have all the same movement options like in MGSV. The game is a proper 30 dollar 7-8/10 title. What people should've whined about was the pricing, it had no right being 60 dollars.
This game was butchered before release by the internet hate machine so it wasn't even given a fair shot from the beginning meanwhile Kojima gets asked what he thinks and say "uhh what do zombies have to do with mgs?" Theres fucking zombies in mgsV and there's been way stupider shit in the series before surVive. This game was set up to fail so cool it with your "well deserved criticism"
There's a substantial SP component and the survival mechanics are pretty good if you're into that. If you enjoyed MGSV and want something similar then I'd recommend getting it on sale. It does a surprisingly good job integrating MGS3 mechanics in the mix
I unironically enjoy this game.
It's better than 4 and just as good as 5 IMO
I've been told that this has a better story than Destiny and I wouldn't be surprised. Ghosts was the first 'bad' modern CoD campaign imo, very unremarkable and not particularly engaging. MW1-3 and Blobs1-4 are all good campaigns.
It wasn't even 60 when it launched. It was 40.
it deserved it for all the shitty survival mechanics
deserved it for all the shitting on the DMC series and failed to deliver a game that was better than DMC2
deserved it for having shit gameplay and a story that ruins THE ENTIRE METROID SERIES
You should read the whole post before replying.
If anyone belongs on reddit it's you, you sound like a fucking moron who can't express himself in a meaningful manner but still wants to talk about games he's never played.
What is the point of lying? You can fucking youtube "metal gear survive" and see that you're wrong. wtf is wrong with you
>failed to deliver a game that was better than DMC2
Supreme bait.
40 is still too much. Especially if it has any kind of paid and meaningful DLC
>What is the point of lying?
The wait time online is infinite
The only boss fight is Wanderer Seth
The final boss is just holding off 3 waves of enemies
>Heard the boss fights are good and numerous.
There's one boss fight in the campaign before the final boss, and the final boss is just a really shitty cinematic setpiece and not an actual fight.
In the post-game there are two additional bosses which are alright but don't have any story tied to them or anything, they're just there.
That's it. You don't get Survive if you want a bunch of cool boss fights out of it.
Survive was a better death stranding, the original idea but an unfinished one because kojicuck left.
again
you can just youtube this, there's like a dozen different boss fights

You should take your own advice and go back, wtf is wrong with you? I'm serious, answer me, why are you lying about a fucking video game to strangers online? Are you foreign, underage, what? Aspergers?
would actually like to give this a go if it wasn't fucking $60
>What people should've whined about was the character classes not being unlocked until post-game, the single player survival gameplay and the multi-player horde gameplay being completely at odds with each other when your inventory is shared between them and MP uses up far more resources than you gain from it (they did patch this a few months in but it was already dead by then), the terrible story with atrocious writing, and the microtransactions regarding base management and drilling
Fixed.
I wanted to pirate it but I heard it has issues running on 7. The mech combat doesn't even look like it's that good to make up for being a fucking TPS stealth shooter or whatever it is.
Nice bait faggot
>souls games invented asymmetric online multiplayer
please kys
