Has Cloud streaming saved Nintendo?

Has Cloud streaming saved Nintendo?

They no longer have to worry that their hardware isn't up to par anymore!

>no longer have to worry that their hardware isn't up to par
now they have to worry about lag, bad streaming quality and waiting queues for playing a game

That might conflict with the on the go aspect of the console. You can guarantee good internet at home, but what about during commutes or train rides.

That isn't true for nips, koreans, or westerners with great mobile internet. I use my mobile internet at home cause I have unlimited data and it goes fast enough for all my needs. I know in Korea they got mobile internet so fast and stable that you can livestream in 1080p with crystal clear picture in the middle of the woods.

Whose responsible for maintaining the game, 505 or Nintendo?

How fast do they expect your internet to be?
I hars wired but I'm still having hiccups and audio cut out.

Lag? You have some shit internet

If I'm gonna be forced to play at home with a wired connection, why would I not play this on PC/next gen console instead for the real experience?
Unless this streams at higher FPS

this just makes me hope that Switch pro will be real and will let you plug a fucking ethernet cable in

Doesn't that defeat the whole portable aspect of the Switch? Sounds like the exact opposite of the Switch Lite

>next gen console
You have a point with pc dont act like console doesnt shit the bed with this game.
You have a better chance at streaming 30 fps more consistently than actually running it at 20 on ps4

>game runs at 4k/360fpz on wifi poorfag cuck

I'll probably buy it if the Alan Wake DLC turns out good.

So Nintendo just decided to say fuck you to Google and give Stadia a killing blow

More like desperate devs want more money, and they want it from Nintendo fans one way or another.

Notice the only ones doing it so far are Capcom, 505 & ioi; worth noting the last two took bribes from Epic Games for EGS exclusivity recently.

they'd probably market it so they'd want you to get a lite and a pro. the lite for on the go and the switch pro for home play. cheapskates and people that want portable gaming just get the lite, nerds that don't leave the house or want BOTW to run with 6 more FPS get the pro

Input lag isn't the issue.
The game looks like shit, though.

>dont act like console doesnt shit the bed with this game.
You're telling me this won't run sweet with next gen objectively? Their hardware is above recommended requirements on PC don't try be some corny hater.

man chin

I assume he's referring to 'current gen' (XB1/PS4?XB1X/PS4P)

Will be interesting to see how close the next gen versions are to PC max settings.

They run like shit on there obviously. I purposely mentioned next gen for a reason.
Iffy on the PS5 but expect it to run really great on the series X.

>Iffy on the PS5 but expect it to run really great on the series X.

What basis do you have to make that statement?

The hardware obviously

>E10+
well im retarded
must have mixed up some layers

so they only experience gains then?

Why did they thinking putting a giant ugly man-tranny on the box was a good idea?

y tho?

>Want game on platform
>Platform not powerful enough to run native

Is the game good? It's made by same people who made Max Payne and they're Finnish so it can't be bad.

Too bad their wifi chip is shit and LAN needs an adapter (and is somehow shit too)

It's pretty good
It's on GoG if you want to demo it

There's literally no reason why they couldn't put an ethernet port in the dock
