The funny thing is that developers who work on the games with MTX are saying that if publishers see the criticism is coming from Sterling or Yong Yea, they just ignore it these days. They only care if youtubers who focus on their specific game are complaining about it.

But then I'm surprised he wasn't cancelled. There's been stories of his conduct at gaming shows and conferences that some publishers just banned him from their booths and even told the ESA his behavior was appalling.
