This is by the Battlechasers guys, its turn based. Could be cool if they have a unique twist on it, otherwise its just going to have bland gameplay with a League layer ontop.

there are pretty much more people using League's launcher than there are using Steam

Riot has an obsession with the over the top female independent action heros. It was really apparent in their card game and the amount of 'cringy' female warriors and soldiers. It was so overbearing.
Hopefully they can tune it down a little. I loved playing Illaoi in LoL back the day.
