I hope we can buy Land on Mars in the future and create our own laws.

Xaea-12 or some shit

Spacex isnt making money?

>All your other ventures are losing money
Who needs to run a profitable enterprise when you can get billions of dollars in government "loans"?

but spacex and tesla are both income positive

It's not even the plot of nuDoom. At least in that Sam Hayden was a brilliant scientist. Musk just pretends to be.

isn't deus ex his favorite video game? will he save the world from becoming a cyberpunk hellhole?

It's making money in a mutually predatory way. He's poaching members of NASA, and NASA is paying Spacex to do their dirty (saves millions in construction and design) work for cheap.

what is his actual job?

>Elon Musk claims all rights to extract Argent Energy
>First planetary defense system called "BFG" to keep hostile governments away

In theory it would make money, but in reality they haven't actually turned a profit, everything is being reinvested on top of borrowing even more to invest in it.

who owns Mars? how can you decide to make laws there? let's say someone whos not Musk comes to Mars next, whos to say he needs to obey his laws?

Ideas guy.

>who owns Mars?
The Ayy Lmaos.

Not like there will be much to do on Mars but try to farm.

>it just becomes a tax haven

No need to go to mars to do this.

IT SURE IS.

Be careful what you ask for, EM.

This is probably the most realistic thing that's gonna happen and its depressing

It sounds reddit but tesla and spacex in particular have done stuff in areas that haven't moved in decades, specially in the west, and for that alone he is kinda based even if he does dumb publicity stunts like the car in space or the flamethrowers.
