surprisingly a lot of wii games look great upscaled however I think with these games they also used higher resolution textures so that helps a lot

PS2 and gamecube/wii games actually look pretty decent when emulated at 1080p. soul calibur 2 1080p looks much better than soul calibur 6 in my opinion.
