I saw Anons confused about Platinum Attacker/Receiver and the roles earlier. VV isn't real-life volleyball, so Receiver does not equal Attacker for any given round. If you watch closely, you'll see that every other ball exchange is just for show with no calculations.
1)Opponents serve, your girls intercept the ball and pass it back
2)Opponents take the ball and actually attack for real
3)One of your girls is picked as Receiver for the calculation. She'll either fail and lose the round or receive and then pass the ball back to opponents
4)Opponents pass the ball (with no calculations) to your side, and it is only here an Attacker for you is chosen.
5)Now you have a chance to attack and win a round
Whoever wins the last round gets to serve the next one, which means they also attack first.
user, you either go all the way or you don't go in at all. Anything else is wasting money.
Pity system means you put in enough and you get the suit 100% so it just doesn't make sense to spend $100 at multiple different times. You end up spending tons of money while also never filling the pity counter, so it's just even easier to put in tons and get nothing in return.
