Any actually good survival game? Tried Project Zomboid but the UI is so awful...
And although game said that i survived 26 hours ive nerver seen sunlight

Are any of these worth supporting, or should I acquire them elsewhere.

I dont know how you would define "worth supporting" but Bloodstained and Silver Case are both good games

>worth supporting
as in purchasing versus going to gog-games dot com

I've stopped buying and playing games.
All I do is scroll, with the occasional post such as this.

bought Onimusha und Resident Evil 1 remake.

fuck new games

Ok but what gives them that quality? Does the game have to be superb? Does the dev have to be likable? Does the company gave to profit share with the employees?

>DMC if Dante was 2D, a chink and a woman

Play Bladed Fury.

should i swap pathologic and stalker with black mesa

Attached: Screenshot 2020-11-01 110251.png (658x355, 87.78K)

You could just pirate stalker, your money won't go to people who actually made the game anyways.

>best friend grew up mostly with pc fps like half life and counter strike 1.6
>introduce him to hades and divinity 2
>can't gift him boisaac because currently poor and living in different countries
Maybe in a few more years

I guess whether the money helps support the devs chances in making a new game versus a defunct studio or a larger corporation from taking the profits

it's not currently in sale but it seems a price hike is coming, how is Library Of Ruina ?

You don't need to buy STALKER. STALKER Anomaly is a mod that combines all STALKER games into one and it's free and standalone.

>chinese shit
no thank you

just got dead space 1
what am i in for?

little stars

kino
also play 2 its still good

what are some good, cheap games

Attached: 1510143737215.jpg (374x347, 38.64K)

well shit then, that's what i was fearing

thanks for the heads up user, will check out

Broforce. Its really cheap and fun for its price and its even better with friends

I dont think any of those devs are defunct so you're probably safe to spend your money

How different is Pathologic 2 from 1? I played 1 and was honestly pretty disappointed. I expected some puzzle solving or some other adventure game elements but instead you're just walking all over the place talking to people day in and day out. Also the writing felt pretty amateurish, lacked atmosphere and it often felt incoherent or just willfully obtuse just for the sake of trying to appear mysterious. And the survival mechanics are just busywork.

> Cyber Hook: already played it. If you like first person platformers and don't mind vapormeme aesthetics you will love it.
> Paradise Killer: looks weird and funky and people (ugh, actually mostly journalists) praise it. Still, I'm a sucker for mysteries and as I mentioned - it looks funky as hell.
> Larry reboot 2: first one was an okay german adventure game. At least as long as you don't try to associate it with an absolute beast of adventure game that Larry 7 Love on Sails was. I hope this one will be okay.
> Cossaks 3: picked it up mostly because it's very cheap and I remember Cossaks 1 fondly.
> Hard West: my friend reccomended it to me as a sort of hidden gem.
Hidden gems:
> Synthetik: Sseth shilled it and he was right. Game is amazing.
> Age of Empires 2 DE: the best RTS game ever made. It's gonna get a huge rebalance update & Battle Royale mode (which is unironically retarded but fun kind of retarded)
> Into the Breach: underappreciated puzzle game disguised as roguelite tactical game. Don't buy it if you like FTL/roguelites. But it's an amazing piece of vidya that I still play from time to time (Judochads ftw).
> Unavowed/Primordia: if you like adventure games and don't mind the retro looks, Wadjet is based as fuck. Unavowed borrows some stuff from Telltale offering branching story and important choices despite retaining a great core of adventure game. Kino.
> Regalia of Men and Monarchs: suprisingly decent slavic jRPG/sRPG. Characters are cute. Combat gets tough as fuck. You also manage your kingdom. It is a lot better than I expected.

Nice

Vsync locks the game to 30fps, use other software to enable VSync if you need to
I recommend playing with a controller

>paying for things you don't own

Bought Hades, DOOM eternal, DMC5 & the new rogue squadron.
Hades is really good, havent played the rest

IN WHAT KIND OF YEAR PEOPLE DON'T HAVE STALKER?

You can also purchase them from GOG, to get a DRM copy where most of the sale will go to SUDA, Pathologic dev, etc.

I recommend mouse and keyboard.

>kr
I didn't even know steam allowed our currency. Am I being cucked paying in €?

>still buying on steam

Lol

WHY IS JDOWNLOADER SO SLOW?

I had to do a double take because it's so rare to see a fellow Norwegian on here. Also fuck you I haven't found any games worth buying

>buy sekiro or a bunch of other FUN looking games
the eternal dilemma

buy Resident Evil 7 with your oil money

thank me later

thoughts on Dont Starve Together?

If you didn't liked writing and atmosphere in P1 you won't like P2. The second one is much harsher when it comes to survival but you still walking most of the day.

Well, Sekiro will go down in price eventually. Will the others?

its on my wishlist, is it fun?
what wrong with chink games?

>where most of the sale will go to SUDA, Pathologic dev, etc.
GOG cut is the same as Steam's.

>Dødt rum
Min neger

Oh right, shitemare. I was thinking of EGS.

The long dark
pathologic

Ehhh the atmosphere was good, visually speaking, but the writing was really, really bad.

>>no consooming thread
>What the fuck's wrong with you

I told you in the last thread that I vouch for pathologic and obra dinn

Subnautica is pretty good if you play with permadeath

>Sekiro
>go down in price
doubt, thats why I'm trying to get it out of the way once and for all

>what wrong with chink games?
plz user, dont support bugmen games. when you do you kill vidya a little more.

>a video game board should not have a thread about the largest video game store having a sale

Attached: 1603887763558.png (1240x1568, 217.62K)

Retarded samefagging who doesn't understand how DRM's work.

>enjoying things is bad
get better material

Just pirate it, the game has no multiplayer anyway

Why would you not just pirate half life? I don't understand why people bother with black mesa at all but whatever. Pathologic is like a dollar for me during these sales so there's no reason not to get it

>spending money on things you can get for free

It also has no replay value, at best maybe once.
Just pirate it and save the money. I did the same and I am glad

Only Frictional collection

really? what about anons with like 100 hours on it?

I pirated it and im so glad I did. I can't imagine how it must have felt to pay $60 for that mediocre shit.
