I wanted to get a PS5 this gen, but Cerny completely ruined it.
The switch is easily the most underpowered 8th gen console. Even worse if you consider it 9th gen.

The SSD read speeds don't make up for the pitiful CPU clock the PS5 has. PS5's CPU ranges from 2ghz-3.5ghz, while the Series X sits at a comfy 3.6-3.8.
This is why PCs load quickly, even with shitter drives.
My PC always took 2 minutes to boot when I had the OS on HDD back in the day. I swapped it to SSD and it immediately went to under 10 seconds. CPU my ass.
