That is the point. Link doesn't have any ranged attacks with his sword, so the bow is just there to provide ranged love taps on stuff like that or headshots to expose the stun gauge.

The actual gameplay is pretty good, each character felt distinct and each had a lot of tools to play with. The map with all the icons and challenges and shit seemed like it could be cool. My only issue is the frame rate is shit. Not the worst frame rate I've seen on Switch, but for me it's on the borderline between shit but tolerable, and game ruining. If they patch it, it's definitely a day one buy.

I've gotten it on Normal, just hunt Bokoblin Encampments. There's 2 in Hyrule Field and 4 in the Breach of Demise.
Are you using them midair for more shots and exploiting weak points/headshots? Combined with his 3 strong aerials, it can be great weak-point gauge damage aside from his unlockable multi-hit C5 (that's basically his HWDE C4). Besides C2 > aerial string > arrows, you can hold shield and backflip into his midair arrow volley.

They do work on the Moblins with headshots. Plus if you're doing an air slash combo with Link, you can cancel into ZR (even for Impa too) and time slows down so you can aim and shoot. And if you do a stationary dodge, he does a backflip and you can go into aiming mode slo-mo there too.

Oh, didn't realize there were 4 in the latter. I've found three, but I've only gone through once. I'm also cataloguing all the Treasure Chests in each map, as they are only one-time spawn.
