Depends on how much you'll get injured before you kill the ennemy. It's a risk/reward calculation like most of the game.

Vinny played it the other day and played on fucking Initiate as Aiko, and everyone was telling him that the game wasn't fair on the higher difficulties. Why is everyone a fucking baby about difficulty these days

Vinny literally played on Easy mode, complete with the majority of the mods and was still getting his shit pushed in. He'd have most likely rage-quit if he'd gone for any of the harder ones.
