>Be me >Over 900 games on Steam >Emulated this >Haven't touched Steam since How come a single game can fulfill you so much. How come over 900 games with different game styles and developers fall at its mercy.
I'm being serious. Forever and ever adventure games has been the most popular games, games people love and always talk about, yet no one fucking makes them anymore, it doesn't take a genius to make Breath of the Wild, yet everyone keeps making shitty fps games or lackluster multiplayer things.
Guys, everyone literally agrees that Ocarina of Time is one of the best games ever made, yet no one person even tried to make something like it, what the fuck, it's even worse on PC as the most similar games are console exclusives. I don't get it.
Dragon's Dogma. Dark Souls. Skyrim. Okami.
Everyone loves those games!
An adventure game has been like that since the 80s, yet no body fucking made a game like that in years, of course the one that does it will explode in popularity, videogames just doesn't get better than that.
Darksiders and DS2 are solid. But really, it takes good design to make them fun. Also, unless they're called Zelda they don't sell.

I always wondered that too. I really do love BotW, but I am kind of surprised it took so long for us to get a game like it.

how much of a pain is it to emulate botw perfectly? is it 100% playable?

I legitimately feel bad for Nintendo fans who didn't get to experience Breath of the Wild at 60FPS. Like jesus fuck, the game feels so much nicer to play.
Kevin Myers
Of course it depends on your rig, but it's not a pain at all. Just download the latest Cemu, use WiiUSBHelper to get BoTW and make sure in the game settings in Cemu you turn on FPS+ to get 60FPS
Josiah Morgan
Not at all. Anything with 4 core can do it nicely. There are few settings you must do before playing it.
Nicholas Lee
it's pretty easy and a much better experience than Wii U/Switch
Because devs are too busy chasing and jumping on the newest fads. People don't make game like BOTW because making a game to play has become irrelevant , now the prime aspect is "how the hell can i make some kind of software to hook people up and squeeze as much money out of them as i can?"
Adrian King
I have never owned a Nintendo console yet I prefer playing BotW over Kernel Impact. Sneed.
I legitimately feel bad for PCqueers who didn't get to play BotW four years ago when it released and missed out on all the buzz of playing one of the greatest video games of all time at launch.
Was very nice playing portablely too.
Juan Hill
fuck off shill fpbp

I legitimately feel bad for switchtards who didn't get to pirate BOTW before day one for FREE on Wii U and with a smoother experience too. They also had to wait for consoles and games restocks lmao.
Evan Adams
Why try to make a successful Adventure that people will buy and not have to spend anymore money on when you could make the latest multiplayer hit and have a constant stream of money coming in with cosmetics? Plus longevity, BotW already needs a sequel, LoL has been going for 10+ years and still sells better than most games.

>playing the inferior Wii U verison on a dead console
